Hi Bill!

I  have  just   introduced  this  dependency  because  I   had  to  turn
balazar3-common  into  a  arch:any   package  due  to  a  arch  specific
suggests.  However,  since  this  package  is  big,  I  have  moved  the
dependency to the only empty package that I have which is balazar3.

you are  right about installing balazar3-2d and  getting balazar3-3d for
free.

I think I will just drop my Suggests field.
