I wish I could but some errors are on purpose.... Atlas is trying many
optimisations and some of them are planed to failed
(obviously, not the cp of libatlas.a but it is caused some something
before).

Here, about hppa, it is a random bug in the build system of Atlas or a
too old hppa processor. The hppa build of -21 & -20 successed... [1]
