Package: ntp Version: 1:4.2.6+dfsg-1 Severity: important
Hi. I found out some strange behaviour: I have three network interfaces defined in /etc/network/interfaces: lo, eth0, wlan0 If all of them are up and I do /etc/init.d/ntp start => 1 running ntp process /etc/init.d/ntp stop => 0 running ntp processes However, if e.g. wlan0 is down: /etc/init.d/ntp start => 2 running ntp processes /etc/init.d/ntp stop => 1 running ntp process If I continue to to start/stop,.... the number of running ntp processes grows. Guess there is something wrong with some ifupdown hook-scripts?
