Interesting.

I agree that this is a problem, but it's not a problem with the
cabextract package since cabextract does not provide a Hungarian
translation.  Translated package descriptions are external to each
package and come from the Debian Description Translation Project:

http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/ddtp

I don't really know much about how this works, but I'll look into what
I need to do to reassign this bug to a more appropriate place.
