Plymouth runs fine without nouveau libdrm when using the text plugin, thus "Depends:" is simply not the right relation in this case. Please use "Recommends:" for nouveau libdrm. Having plymouth depend on nouveau libdrm is like having xserver-xorg- core depend on xserver-xorg-video-nouveau - it doesn't make any sense.
