I'm telling the designated debian maintainer because this is purely a debian bug. debian/r-cran-rcmdr.install is installing a buggy .desktop file. You properly corrected the bug, but in a .desktop file which debian does not install. You fixed this bug by patching: /inst/etc/linux/Rcmdr.desktop but you install: debian/r-cran-rcmdr.desktop [which has the bug in it] The fix is to either change debian/r-cran-rcmdr.install to install /inst/etc/linux/Rcmdr.desktop or to patch debian/r-cran-rcmdr.desktop -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
