I am sorry for false bug report. I misunderstood the dependency entry. Of course it allows Python2.6 and thus will work in Squeeze.
I thought that it is wrong that removing python2.5 removes Deluge, but in fact this behaviour is caused by non-existence of version of python package which does not depend on python2.5.
