Hi, I do not support the creation of this list.
Rational: We already have the mostly same constalation for eg. arm or mips* architectures. There is architecture arm which is binary incompatible to armel, or big and little endian mips. All those architectures do use the their common port mailinglist, even though their CPUs do not share the same instruction sets. I hope i was verbose enough. If not, please speak up.
