Hi,

Since there seems to have issues with html2txt, and the policy advises
the use of lynx [0] (it has recently been argued in #580135 that
"html2text by default produces output which is decidedly suboptimal
in comparison to the default lynx output"), what about reverting your
almost ten years old change (#93747) and get back to depend on lynx ?
