Package: libssh2 Severity: wishlist The current libssh2 package description reads:
libssh2 is the thin library implementing client side of SSH2 protocol as defined by Internet Drafts SECSH-TRANS, SECSH-USERAUTH, SECSH-CONNECTION, SECSH-ARCH, SECSH-FILEXFER, SECSH-DHGEX, SECSH-NUMBERS, and SECSH-PUBLICKEY This boils down to the regular terminal, scp and SFTP sessions; port forwarding; password, key-based and keyboard-interactive authentication. I don't think this is user friendly, and suggest this rewrite: libssh2 is a client-side C library implementing the SSH2 protocol. It supports regular terminal, SCP and SFTP sessions; port forwarding; password, key-based and keyboard-interactive authentication.
