I cannot find any reference to cvsync in the debian repository.
"apt-cache search cvsync" does not return anything.
Is this really a official Debian Package ?
What does "apt-cache policy cvsync" tell you on your system ?

Moreover, I thing that cvsync and tailor are the same software (cvssync
was the previous upstream name for this software.
