Package: debian-el Version: 33.3 Severity: important This change
,---- | emacs-goodies-el (33.3) unstable; urgency=low | [...] | - debian-bug.el: Bug fix: "stty fails with 'inappropriate ioctl for | device'", thanks to Sanjoy Mahajan for the report and to H. Stordahl | for the solution that has added to reportbug: As of version 4.12 | reportbug has a --no-bug-script option (Closes: #502317). `---- means that it is no longer possible to compose meaningful bug reports in Emacs, as maintainers will rightfully flame the submitter (me :-() for not including full information. Please revert this change, I will happily file bugs against any package whose bug script does not deal correctly with the lack of a tty. Running the bug scripts is *not really optional* despite the new reportbug option, there have been numerous complaints about the reportbug-ng program which used to leave this information out.
