Is that the whole output? There seem to be no errors concerning g-k-d,
so seahorse should show your passwords...

When I start seahorse the output looks just like your's:

** (seahorse:7846): WARNING **: DNS-SD initialization failed: Daemon not running
** Message: init gpgme version 1.2.0

and the passwords are shown. So the question is: Does seahorse show your
passwords with this command or not?
