I was submitting ourselves as a new mirror because the old contact
information (Doug Porter <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) was out of date. When he
was recently contacted by Joerg Jaspert about the ftp-master.debian.org
IP address change, I asked Joerg if he could change Progeny's mirror's
contact info. I never got a reply, so I assume that meant I had to
re-submit our information. (As the page "Submit Mirror Information"
page instructs one to do if one is updating information.)
(Oops, I just noticed it also instructs one to "add a comment
stating it is an update." I didn't do that. Sorry.)
When I filled out that form, there was no field for me to select
what kind of a mirror we were. The closest category would be
"Mirrors-from" field, in which I put "ftp-master.debian.org". Really,
all I want done is the contact information to change. The Progeny
mirror maintainer should be listed as "Progeny System Administrators
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>".
