xfkc (keyboard configuration utility) has been superseeded in Xfce 4.6 by xfce4-settings, the native configuration interface, so we can safely drop it. Plus, it's unmaintained upstream. If some people use it outside of Xfce, they can take over maintainership (both upstream and in debian).
