As the manpage says, "To obtain the proper effect, either the terminal must be set for 9600 baud or the -d option must be used to specify a delay, in milliseconds, between each update. A reasonable delay is 120; the default is 0." Few people use 9600 baud terminals anymore. Please consider changing the default delay to 120. - Josh Triplett -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.33-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages bsdgames depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-7 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libgcc1 1:4.4.3-9 GCC support library ii libncurses5 5.7+20100313-2 shared libraries for terminal hand ii libstdc++6 4.4.3-9 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii wamerican-huge [wordlist] 6-3 American English dictionary words bsdgames recommends no packages. bsdgames suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
