I don't refuse to fix this bug. As I'm preparing a NMU for stellarium, I cleaned up its bugs a bit. About this issue specifically, there's many packages [1] in the archive shipping locale files in arch. independent packages. I think a better approach is to move the discussion on debian-devel mailing list and mass-bug filling the related packages, depending of the result of the discussion. What do you think ?
