Hello, I downgraded libtunepimp2 to 0.3.0-3 and upgraded arts to 1.3.2-4. Amarok doesn't crash at start-up. I didn't upgraded kdelibs because of the kmail crash.
It seems that it was libtunepimp2 causing this. Thanks Johnny On Monday 08 August 2005 03:12, Adeodato Simó wrote: > retitle 318000 amarok: crashes on start because of broken libtunepimp2 > 0.3.0-4 tag 318000 pending > thanks > > Hello all, > > uhm, I think I've found the real culprit for this bug. libtunepimp2 > 0.3.0-4 is severely broken; please downgrade it to 0.3.0-3 available > from: > > http://packages.debian.org/testing/libs/libtunepimp2 > > Please let me know whether this does help or not, thanks. > > * Johnny Geling [Tue, 12 Jul 2005 21:48:17 +0200]: > > Package: amarok > > Version: 1.2.4-1 > > Severity: grave > > Justification: renders package unusable > > > > When starting amarok it crash.
