This package fails to build on amd64 with perl 5.12.0-1 from experimental:

 cc -c -I.. -I/usr/include/freetype2 -D_REENTRANT -D_GNU_SOURCE -DDEBIAN
-fno-strict-aliasing -pipe -fstack-protector -I/usr/local/include
-D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -O2 -g -DVERSION=\"804.028\"
-DXS_VERSION=\"804.028\" -fPIC "-I/usr/lib/perl/5.12/CORE" -Wall
-Wno-implicit-int -Wno-comment -Wno-unused -D__USE_FIXED_PROTOTYPES__
pTkCallback.c
 pTkCallback.c: In function 'LangCmpCallback':
 pTkCallback.c:319: error: duplicate case value
 pTkCallback.c:318: error: previously used here
 make[2]: *** [pTkCallback.o] Error 1

According to the upstream changelog and cpantester matrices, this and
other issues with perl >= 5.11 seem to be fixed in 804.028_502.
