I'm reassigning to kdelibs5-data because I find the pattern weird. I fail to see a reason why *.doc should be considered as plain text. (I fail to see the point of kde shipping a mime file for extension outside of its scope, since it'll mess everything in an inconsistent way, wether ou have kde installed or not).
