The URLs are distinct, and I must log in as the account I want to check for the URL to work. It would appear that liferea stores passwords on a per FQDN basis rather than a per feed basis.. such that when I've added a second twitter RSS feed to my reader, it's forgotten the username and password for the previously configured one and then mixed the feeds up.
