Then the problem is not mine, but of your package as stated in bug #565126 "/etc/udev/rules.d/z60_xserver-xorg-input-wacom.rules not migrated/removed on upgrades". Please consider, when requiring better explanations, that it is possible (even probable) that the user reporting to you is humble enough to consider that others have explained it before and better than how he can do it, moreover if English is not his mother tongue.
