Package: lintian Severity: important I don't think this really belongs to the lintian package, but the web site directed me here.
The tag manpage-has-errors-from-man has some false positives on lintian.debian.org because the tests have not been run with the current version of man-db. In particular, the 'errors from man' listed at <http://lintian.debian.org/maintainer/b...@decadent.org.uk.html#sgt-puzzles> are not reproducible on an unstable system but are reproducible if man-db is downgraded to the stable version.
