I'll pull down the package tomorrow and have a quick look. I am a bit reticent to maintain it for a few reasons, (1) I believe in the ability to compare notes with other distribution's packages and (2) I believe my work is should be checked by someone for what I believe is a moderately important package. I'm quite willing to propose a few patches though.
