I have a problem. I rebooted, repeated the install, and the thing completed!!
Yes, it completed.
lenny installed a xen vm, and not only that, it then booted up on
reboot, so my bug is not a package breaker. It's still a bug, though
intermittent, as gentoo would put it. It occurred two or three times
before I submitted it.
I'm installing a second system now, trying to invoke the error. I have
two instances of lenny and now have a squeeze to work on. The other
lenny might invoke it more readily.
If I can't repeat it, well that's a nice problem to bear. (Sorry, sent this to
