Hi Paul, I'm forwarding you a reply from the lincity-ng developers. What kind of graphics adapter are you using?
Cheers, Moritz ----- Forwarded message from Matze Braun <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ----- Subject: Re: [Lincity-ng-devel] [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Bug#321898: lincity-ng: [powerpc] some building sprites not displayed and other graphic issues] From: Matze Braun <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Mon, 08 Aug 2005 15:13:17 +0200 Most likely reason for this bug is that the Video Card is out of texture memory. This can happen for cards with less video ram (64meg is enough, 32 or less might be too few) that have AGP support (with AGP the textures can be swapped to main memory). A possible workaround would be to run the game in software/sdl rendering mode (which is probably too slow on low end machine that have such old graphics cards...) I'll add a point in the TODO so that we test if we run out of video memory and display some warnings at least.
