This version, if it detect any problems with the SSL certificate, prevents the 
connection from being made.  The dialog box only provides "View Certificate" 
and "Cancel" buttons.  Previously, there was a button to acknowledge there 
could be a security issue, but continue the connection anyway.

Specifically, I have a self-signed certificate, and this triggers this 
dialog-box that prevents me from making the SSL connection.
