I wanted to set and unset some tags at the same time, but bts complains:

bts tags: The +|-|= flag must not be joined to the tags. Run bts help for
usage info.
The bugs.d.o documentation says that this is possible:
# remove the moreinfo tag and add a patch tag
tags 123456 - moreinfo + patch

I'd much rather use bts for this since it uses my proper Debian address.
I know I can do two commands at once but one command is less typing:
