Hi! This package is not maintained upstream (last version is mid-2006). There are two reverse dependencies: - python-paste - papercut
People usually uses this frontend because there are not aware of the fact that there exists better frontend. Some resources about this: http://lwn.net/Articles/374627/ http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Python Depending on the license of the software, people should prefer either psycopg (GPL) or pygresql (BSD). Both of them are packaged in Debian. Maybe python-pgsql should be removed from the archive. However, it is not buggy. I have used without a problem in several projects. I don't use it any more since it can easily be replaced by a more active project with very little changes to the code. -- panic("Lucy in the sky...."); 2.2.16 /usr/src/linux/arch/sparc64/kernel/starfire.c -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
