Package: gcc-4.4 Version: 4.4.3-7 Severity: normal
GCC currently does magic to find libcloog-ppl0, this is unfortunate since it breaks icecc's "build-native" functionality which creates a complete archive of the local compiler and uploads it to build servers. I cannot easily install software on our build servers and this forces me to disable the graphite optimization (or to build locally, which is not an option). I haven't found the rationale for not linking against this lib, so please reconsider the decision to load it dynamically.
