When I inherited the iputils package in Debian several years ago, it did not provide binaries for clockdiff. For reasons that I don't remember (probably sheer laziness) I never changed that. However, you aren't the first person to request it. Debian bug #199500 also mentions wanting the clockdiff binary. I will consider it for a future upload. Thanks. noah
