Package: emacs23-common
Version: 23.1+1-5
Severity: normal

Hi,

trying to sent my vote e-mail for the project leader election, I noticed
that I cannot sign e-mails with gnus. When I start emacs22, it works
(Aaah. the world is rescued... I can vote).

I try to do it with C-c RET C-s or Menu Attachments/Sign Message, which
inserts

<#secure method=pgpmime mode=sign>

in the first line of the body.

The error message I get is:

"Sign failed. Exit" in the minibuffer, and

byte-code: Sign failed: exit

in *Messages*

Regards, Frank
