I am running iceape-composer. If I click an option on the menu, such as File,
there is a delay of several seconds before the menu actually appears. During
this time, the system CPU utilization shoots up to 95%, and top reveals this
to be coming from the iceape-browser process.
Once the menu options appear, navigating into submenus, causes the delay of
several seconds to occur again, before the submenu options are listed, and
navigating between menu options also causes a several seconds delay.
This problem occurs on a version from Debian Unstable. The previous version
from Debian Lenny does not exhibit this problem on the same machine, and menus
appear to behave normally on previous versions.
