Hi Mike. Right I have installed firebug. This problem appears to be due to entries in the web page as follows:
<script src="https://ssl.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" type="text/javascript"> I don't know how to see proxy responses for this, but I know that site is blocked. I haven't quite got to the bottom of this. My system has been updated a couple of times, since I reported this, so there is something weird going on here. If I point my browser to https://ssl.google-analytics.com/ I get an error as follows: Proxy Server Refused Connection The connection was refused when attempting to contact the proxy server you have configured. Please check your proxy settings and try again. If I point my browser to http://ssl.google-analytics.com/ I get a different error as follows: Cache Error! The following error has occured: The request you made has been filted Generated by tinyproxy (1.6.3) Whatever the case ssl.google-analytics.com is never going to connect, so I would expect the browser to skip loading this bit once the error occurs.
