After April 15 clamd/clamscan 0.94.2 (< 0.95) won't be able to load the
new database, exiting with an error instead:

I think that qualifies for "makes the package unusable".
The version in lenny should be upgraded to 0.95 prior to that, or users
otherwise informed that they need to switch to volatile.
