Package: libxml2-utils Version: 2.7.7.dfsg-1 Severity: normal This is probably akin to #496959. Since libxml2-utils does not have a doc directory for itself, the changelog shipped (and other files in usr/share/doc) ends up squashing those of libxml2. This would be bad if libxml2-utils were installed after libxml2, and then removed.
