What I've meant is:
The default for Debian is nowadays rsyslog, instead of syslogd/klogd
(from e.g. inetutils-syslogd), right?
So I guess it would be better to set:
Tiger_Running_Procs='rsyslogd cron atd'
instead of
Tiger_Running_Procs='syslogd cron atd klogd'

With that, it would "work" out of the box for most people that use the
defaults.
Therefore reopening for the moment :)
