Hi, martin f krafft <madd...@debian.org> (23/03/2005): > Sure. For instance, to create a symlink farm, e.g.: > > $ tar xjf /usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.11.tar.bz2 > $ mkdir suspend2-2.6.11 > $ cd !$ > $ lndir ../kernel-source-2.6.11
reminds me of a similar situation with kernel sources as well. > Maybe I am doing something wrong. However, lndir is really useful > and I have not found an alternative. Did you submit it upstream as suggested by Clint? I'm not sure why that's an open bug against xutils(-dev now) anyway. Until it's merged upstream and available in a Debian package, I don't really see the point in having it open against the xutils* package. Mraw, KiBi.
