Without the parameters :

Using xorg 7.5
 Installed: 1:7.5+3
  Candidate: 1:7.5+3
  Version table:
     1:7.5+5 0
         90 http://foss.isoc.org.il squeeze/main Packages
         50 http://mirror.isoc.org.il unstable/main Packages
 *** 1:7.5+3 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:7.3+20 0
         85 http://foss.isoc.org.il stable/main Packages

Kernel - 2.6.32-10 :
apt-cache policy linux-image-2.6.32-4-amd64
linux-image-2.6.32-4-amd64:
  Installed: 2.6.32-10
  Candidate: 2.6.32-10
  Version table:
 *** 2.6.32-10 0
         50 http://mirror.isoc.org.il unstable/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Works fine ! also closes the bug with flickering screen when moving between
text and graphical VT.

Is there some extra information that you need ? (configs hardware etc ?)
