If you are refering to the template text, I agree that it need to be
rephrased.  But I have not been able to come up with a good
replacement text.

That is only in theory.  More and more machines lack a working MTA,
and more and more machines are placed behind firewalls blocking
outgoing email, so email is not very reliably on a lot of machines any
more.
