Hello! As you may have seen, I have tagged this bug as pending upload. Indeed, I have modified the package to fix the following issues:

I implemented install.php's questions with debconf, so there will be no need to configure wiki parameters and accounts by hand, as the package installation now kindly asks for the administrator account and stuff. Much of these questions only apply to new installations, as they would otherwise modify existing configuration files. Now, this new version of the package is just waiting for review and sponsoring. In the meantime, if you want to test it, I have published it on my server: <http://vanvogt.ortolo.eu/~tanguy/deb/dokuwiki/dokuwiki_0.0.20091225c-4_all.deb>.
