Package: telepathy-gabble Version: 0.9.8-1 Severity: normal after upgrading to telepathy-gabble 0.9.8-1 i am unable to connect to either my jabberd (v 1.4.3) using old SSL or my Google Talk account (w/Encryption required) in empathy. downgrading to 0.8.11-2 lets the connection succeed.
i have attached telepathy-gabble debug output from both versions. thank you. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers experimental APT policy: (999, 'experimental'), (990, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-3-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages telepathy-gabble depends on: ii libc6 2.11-0exp6 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libdbus-1-3 1.2.24-1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.84-1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libglib2.0-0 2.23.6-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgnutls26 2.9.9-1 the GNU TLS library - runtime libr ii libsoup2.4-1 2.29.91-1 an HTTP library implementation in ii libtelepathy-glib0 0.10.1-1 Telepathy framework - GLib library ii libuuid1 2.17-0 Universally Unique ID library ii libxml2 2.7.7.dfsg-1 GNOME XML library telepathy-gabble recommends no packages. telepathy-gabble suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
