Currently, bzr-hg is blocking mercurial transition to testing (see http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=mercurial ) As I think that mercurial 1.5 is more important for squeeze than bzr-hg, I will let you a few days to update your package. But if nothing occurs, I will ask the release team to switch bzr-hg and mercurial 1.5 in the testing distribution.
