Please could locales be removed from the build dependencies on avr32, since locales are not installable, and won't be until eglibc is in line with sid (which won't happen for a long time). (And obviously disable the relevant testsuites). Also, since the current avr32 hardware is so slow, please could the intensive tests be disabled? Thanks.
