Package: dbus Version: 1.2.22-1 Severity: normal File: /usr/bin/dbus-daemon
I can confirm encountering this problem. When I disable bluetooth with the GNOME bluetooth applet, dbus crashes, along with half the stuff on my desktop that doesn't cope with dbus going away. I get this in dmesg: [11438.656576] usb 4-2: USB disconnect, address 2 [11438.657007] btusb_intr_complete: hci0 urb ffff8801395c9480 failed to resubmit (19) [11438.657017] btusb_bulk_complete: hci0 urb ffff8801395c9b40 failed to resubmit (19) [11438.658008] btusb_bulk_complete: hci0 urb ffff8801395c9900 failed to resubmit (19) [11438.661881] dbus-daemon[1871]: segfault at 11a ip 00007f70236ac411 sp 00007fff9caa1ac0 error 4 in libc-2.10.2.so[7f7023667000+14a000] - Josh Triplett -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.33-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages dbus depends on: ii adduser 3.112 add and remove users and groups ii libc6 2.10.2-6 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libdbus-1-3 1.2.22-1 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libexpat1 2.0.1-7 XML parsing C library - runtime li ii libselinux1 2.0.89-4 SELinux runtime shared libraries ii lsb-base 3.2-23 Linux Standard Base 3.2 init scrip dbus recommends no packages.
