Hi Mikhail This do not look like a bug report to me, but rather a request for help. Especially as I know for sure that cron-apt do not install any packages by default. Only download them.
In any case, I'll help you. First, check the /etc/cron-apt/config file. The APTCOMMAND is important. You can set the MAILON and MAILTO directives to get an email with the upgrades if you want. Also check the OPTIONS setting. Then you should check each file in /etc/cron-apt/action.d/ If you simplify it you can say that the apt command looks like the following: $APTCOMMAND $OPTIONS <linefromaction.d-file> This is how it works.
