Subject: typo3: Backend page is not displayed after initial installation Package: typo3 Version: 4.3.2-1 Severity: important
*** Please type your report below this line *** After first installing the software, the backend's homepage (http://localhost/cms/typo3) is just a blank page. It happens when configuring the database with both using the included typo3's 1-2-3 install tool or by generating it with the "typo3-database" package and configuring it with dbconfig-common. (Also, the frontend shows a "No pages are found on the rootlevel!" error, but that's completely expectable given that no pages have been created yet.) A possible cause could be a consequence of using different version numbers for typo3-dummy and the rest of the typo3-related packages, but I'm not sure about it. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.4 APT prefers proposed-updates APT policy: (500, 'proposed-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages typo3 depends on: ii typo3-database 4.3.2-1 TYPO3 - The enterprise level open ii typo3-dummy 4.3.0-2 TYPO3 - the enterprise level open ii typo3-src-4.3 4.3.2-1 TYPO3 - The enterprise level open typo3 recommends no packages. typo3 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
