A new tab can be openned by Ctrl-T. But if a playing video is stopped, by
clicking on it, nothing happens.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start iceweasel -safe-mode
2. Open a Url were you can visualize a flash video.
3. Start playing the video.
4. When the video has started, stop it by clicking on it.
5. Hold Ctrl and press 'T' to open a new tab.
Actual result:
At step 5: the browser doesn't open a new tab (first it has to be be
clicked with the mouse somewhere on the page)
Expected result:
At step 5: the browser opens a new tab.
