The operation  that is  not supported  is to open  a file  in read/write
mode. In the code,  there is a way to enable support  for this mode that
makes rsync  works. However, I think  that it is not  enabled by default
(and  not easily enabled)  for some  reason. I  will ask  upstream about
this.
