eugene -h did the trick just fine for me, even though I certainly would
have preferred a manpage too.

nah, 12.1 mentions that packages *should* include manpages, so those
bugs wouldn't be "serious", and therefore wouldn't prevent testing
migration.

The lack of a manpage, versus not having the software at all in stable,
certainly doesn't qualify to me as a "service to stable users". I'll
respect that you feel differently on this, but I'm not about to agree :)
